| Protostream Technologies - Web Development - 12 Step Work Procedure | ||
| 1. | Consultation (day 1) |
Design consultation with the client, gathering
specs, artwork, and sample urls. Client also assigns a Single individual to
be the point of contact with Protostream. |
| 2. | Material from the customer (day 2) | The
client can use our web form to send us the necessary information The
customer can send us the material. |
| 3. | Advanced payment (day 2) |
A deposit of 50% is required with any project
before any design work will be carried out. We accept payments with all
major credit cards through PayPal. |
| 4. | Demo page (day 3-6) | In 3
business days after we received the material and the advance payment,
Protostream presents a design (mockup) of the home page to the client. |
| 5. | Revision demo (day 6-7) |
Client reviews the design with Protostream and
creates a numbered list of changes and/or revisions, if necessary. The
revisions should be delivered to the Protostream project leader via email as
a numbered list. |
| 6. | Revision demo 2 (day 8) |
Protostream reviews the list and if needed consults with the client to
clarify any issues, or to access the changes, and make sure they stay within
the initial scope as outlined in this proposal. |
| 7. | Finalize demo (day 8) |
Protostream will then begin work on the
revisions. Once work has begun, the list cannot be altered. Please review
your changes thoroughly before presenting them for revision. |
| 8. | Demo accepted (day 9) | The
client approves and checks off each number until the list is complete. Once
an item has been approved, or "checked off the list" it cannot be revised
again, without incurring additional charges. |
| 9. | Implementation (day 9-15) |
After the client is satisfied with the demo
page we start working on the HTML/PHP/CSS/Flash pages. NOTE: The time frame for each project varies. |
| 10. | Revision final web page | Like
the above mentioned in step 5 & 6 |
| 11. | Final Approval |
Once your project is completed to your
satisfaction, you will receive an "Approval of Completion" letter. In
signing and returning this letter to Design For You Web Solutions, you agree
that all work had been completed to your satisfaction. At this point, the
remaining 50% of the Proposal total is due. Once we receive the signed
Approval Letter and payment is made, your work will then be transferred to
you. In the case of a new web site, it will be made "live". |

Website submission to top 25 search engines to make sure people find you on
the internet. |
